In Honor of Barbara Noethe

Barbara Noethe (January 13, 1934 - May 24, 2018)

HDJ Poetry Editor Sheryl Noethe has kindly donated $1,000 in the name of her mother, Barbara Noethe. Of her mother, Sheryl writes,

Barbara Noethe was generous and funny. Loyal and fierce. She taught me how to survive in a man's world. She passed over in my arms and became a Norse goddess.
